Management reshuffle at Presstek

Commenting on Jacobson’s election as chairman Dreyer says, “Jeff Jacobson has done a great job in continuing to lead the turnaround of Presstek. Jeff’s election as chairman is a reflection of the board’s confidence in his leadership and its confidence in the future of the company. Now that the transition to a new leadership team is complete, it is an appropriate time for me to step down as chairman.”

Meanwhile Presstek has also announced the appointment of Guy Sasson as president of the company’s operations in Europe, Africa, and Middle East (EAME) region. Sasson’s background includes a decade of key international roles at Kodak’s Graphics Communications Group (KGCG) and Kodak Polychrome Graphics, a joint venture between the Eastman Kodak and Sun Chemical companies.

In his most recent assignment Sasson served as vice president of service and support of KGCG’s Europe, Middle East and Africa region.

Jeff Jacobson says, “Presstek’s EAME region is a key strategic focus, representing a major opportunity for future revenue and profit growth. I am excited to have Guy join Presstek in this critical role. Guy’s track record of success combined with his extensive industry and international expertise make him the ideal leader to drive our business to the next level in this region of the world.”
