Mesh joins Image Centre Group

The agreement will give Auckland-based ICG a presence in the Wellington market, according to chief executive Murray Davis.

“Having an exceptional print operation in Wellington is critical for us to provide the best services for our clients in the capital and our national customers,” he said.

“Our organisations have a good fit culturally and this deal opens up huge potential through combined skills, resource and knowledge for companies in the Wellington market as well as our national clients.”

Mesh managing director Mike Douglas said the move will add value for his company’s existing clients.

Based in two locations in Wellington, Mesh offers large and grand format digital printing, flatbed printing, screen printing, signage and point of sale manufacturing.

ICG is now comprised of printing companies Image Print, Boston Digital and Mesh Print, as well as digital media company ICE, publishing house Tangible Media, and specialist retail agency Hotfoot.

The Group employs 140 people.
