Neopost open house

Printers interested in the latest wider format technology can see demonstrations of the HP Latex and hear from users and manufacturers at the Neopost showroom next Tuesday.

The manufacturer will throw open its doors in an event organised by the NSW Lithographic Institute of Australia, in an effort to show offset printers wide format opportunities.

“Wide format printing is creating new markets, from event banners and wallpapers to vehicle displays, floor graphics, point of sale items and backlit signs,” the association says.

The event includes demonstrations of the HP Latex, as well as specialised finishing equipment for contour cutting, laminating and mounting.

Hero Print general manager Alex Coulson, HP application specialist Jeremy Brew, and Neopost’s Paul Stubley will give speeches about how printers can use the rapidly-developing technology to break into the wide format market.

The event starts 6pm Tuesday March 24 at Neopost’s Sydney showroom, Unit 1 Block Q, Princes Road East, Regents Park.

The evening costs $35 including drinks and finger food. Bookings can be made to Mike Williams at mikewil@optusnet.com.au or fax to: 9648 1258 by Friday March 20.
