New Canon printers take five-star Bertl rating

Commenting on the rating, Troy Neighbour, product manager LFP at Canon Australia says, “The five-star rating from Bertl recognises Canon’s commitment to the LFP market. In the last four years Canon has introduced 20 imagePrograf large format printers, with each model raising the bar for image quality and overall versatility.”

Neighbour continues, “The new imagePrograf iPF8300, iPF6350 and iPF6300 large-format printers have demonstrated the image quality, value and functionality that customers require to advance their businesses and meet the most exacting customer standards.”

According to Canon, the new system covers an area on the colour gamut approximately 20 per cent larger than previous models, enabling over 90 per cent coverage of Pantone colours.

Neighbour adds, “The latest models deliver a broad colour gamut and produce high-quality consistent prints, helping professional print users meet the demands of their customers without the need to invest in new workflows.”

Bertl’s testing criteria addresses 11 categories including: build quality, network administration, security, workflow, finish, ease-of-use, media handling, printing, image quality, features, and price.
