Swatches are colour coded into sections of specialties (purple), coateds (orange) and commodities (lime green) for easier selection. Individual swatches include up-to-date information such as product summaries, an easy to read table of available weights, colours and sheet sizes, suggested uses, printing tips and symbols indicating laser suitability, environmental accreditations and other features of the paper. The swatches are housed in conveniently sized unit.

Each swatch is categorised by a unique shoe linking to a characteristic of the product. For example, JPP Synthetic has a flipper, whilst Conqueror is represented by a Roman sandal.
