New Roland 500 with InlinePerfector

The Roland 500 with InlinePerfector provides premium performance in eight-page perfected printing, with a maximum speed of 15,000 sheets per hour in perfecting mode.

Thanks to the single-drum sheet turning system the Roland 500 with InlinePerfector has the most space-saving design, with space requirement the same as a Roland 500 without a perfecting system.

It also features the highest level of integration of all comparable press models on the market and OptiPrint jackets for the impression cylinders downstream of the sheet turning station meet the highest demands for uniformly high print quality on both sides of the sheet.

By printing both sides of the sheet in one pass, printing companies looking for new opportunities in the marketplace will benefit from much shorter job turnaround times and streamlined production processes.

The Roland 500 with InlinePerfector also impresses with its short makeready times and substrate flexibility, not only with the usual configurations but also with long perfector versions with up to 10 printing units, and with coating perfectors with one or two coating modules as well.
