Océ unveils new UV flatbed printers

The Roll Media Option offers new possibilities for all Océ Arizona family printers. It Supports flexible media rolls from 90 to 220 cm wide, it features printing on flexible media including banner vinyl, self-adhesive vinyl, paper, textiles, backlit films, window cling, canvas and more.

Badger says, “The new 480 series has eight independent ink channels with support for new applications and more real-world productivity. It has either a Varnish option for spot and flood decorative applications or a double-opacity white ink option”

He says, “It can also reproduce 2pt text for extremely sharp output and has near-photographic image quality. As with all Arizona systems it only needs single phase power and does not require compressed air.“

“They are suitable for a large diverse range of printers and applications. Some of these applications include POP/POS production, backlit images, exhibition graphics, industrial applications and more. Print on virtually any rigid or flexible material.” Badger concludes.
