Lamont will assume the position of Chief Financial Officer of newly formed OZ Minerals Limited, a merger of Oxiana Limited and Zinifex Limited, which will be one of Australia’s largest companies.

Commenting on the announcement, Tom Park, managing director of PaperlinX says, “David has made a strong contribution to PaperlinX over the past two and a half years as both CFO and as a director of the company.”

He adds, “It is with regret that we see him leave, but he leaves us with strengthened management across our finance community, and improved processes to help with the future growth of PaperlinX. This platform will help with a smooth transition.”

An international search to identify a successor is underway, and will include both internal and external candidates. PaperlinX has businesses in Australia, New Zealand, Asia, North America and Europe.
