Paragon Printing staff stand down extended

Administrator Hall Chadwick says, “The company has taken this step to enable further commercial negotiations to progress with the company’s principal customer, which have been unsuccessful to date and had previously broken down. Those negotiations have now resumed.”

The affected staff of Paragon Printing and relevant union representatives will be kept informed of the outcomes of these negotiations, according to Hall Chadwick. In addition, the administrators are continuing negotiations for a sale of the company’s business.

The Administrators are continuing to trade the business of Moore Office with a view to a sale of a going concern. Negotiations are continuing with a number of parties in respect to a proposed sale.

The administrators have confirmed that no employees of Moore Office have been stood down, nor is there an intention to stand down any employee of Moore Office at this stage.
