PIAA offering discounted software

Philip Andersen CEO at Printing Industries, said that the association's membership
survey in 2006 identified software as a cost its members wanted to reduce. This
prompted a pilot project in which the association has become a software
reseller passing on the benefits to its members via reduced prices.

Andsersen says, "The pilot was very successful and we have now made
discounted software supply a membership benefit that all member companies can
benefit from. Our core offerings cover the commonly used industry products from
Adobe and Quark and we can supply ca, Corel, Roxio, Microsoft, McAfee, Redhat,
Symantec, Trend Micro and vmware software.

"Software is a very real business cost and companies in our industry
always need to be up to date with licensed products. We have made that bit
easier and cheaper to do."

Andersen said significant savings were available across all products and
could range up to thousands of dollars for some high end products such as Font
Folio, says, "Marking our launch we have
a number of extra limited specials on a first in basis on everything from
Acrobat 8 Professional upgrades to CS3 Design Premium, free software valued at
$499 combined with free delivery on some Quark purchases and no credit card
fees for members.

"We will be progressively expanding our offerings based on the needs of
our industry and will be making important announcements soon on related
projects designed to boost the productivity and competitiveness of companies,"
he said.
