PIAA webinars to discuss Bupa, Super, Illustrator

Printers can increase employment incentives by participating in a number of Printing Industries Association of Australia (PIAA) webinars to learn about Bupa Corporate HealthPlan, changes to superannuation, and Adobe Illustrator.

The Bupa webinar, to be held tomorrow April 15, at 1pm AEST, will outline the benefits of corporate health plans versus non-corporate plans, and how employers can have a ‘healthy, motivated and productive workforce’.

PIAA says ‘Health fund Bupa has developed a corporate health plan for Printing Industries’ members that can provide both workplace care and employee benefits for individuals and families’.

“Workplace programs include a Bupa wellness calendar, which offers company health services such as vision eye screening, nurse check-ups, massages and dietician appointments,” PIAA says.

Superannuation

The member association is also hosting a 30-minute webinar focusing on superannuation on April 23, at 1pm AEST.

PIAA says this session will ensure printers are familiar with the changes to their superannuation obligations. The webinar will also give employers a chance to seek some guidance on where they stand during the 15-minute Q&A session at the end.

Illustrator

And to stay current in the era of digital technology and its rapid advances printers can participate in a one hour PIAA Adobe webinar on April 29.

PIAA says this session will unpick the Adobe program, focusing on Illustrator across desktop, cloud and mobile.

The webinar – at 1pm AEST – will also have a 15-minute Q&A session at the end for any questions related to the program.
