The listing is expected to become effective after Quad/Graphics’ acquisition of World Color Press, which remains subject to customary closing conditions. World Color Press’s shareholder meeting to approve the acquisition is scheduled for June 25 and the hearing in respect of the final order is scheduled to take place on June 28.

If all necessary approvals are obtained and the conditions to the completion of the transaction are satisfied or waived, it is expected that the transaction will be completed on July 2.

Quad/Graphics, whose products are distributed by Plunkett & Johnson in Australia, operates globally with 11,600 employees and around $1.8bn in annual sales.
