Printpoint taking care of the small business

Peter Adam, director of Printpoint, says, “The smaller and medium sized print business people don’t have time to run their businesses. They are too busy fighting fires and trying to retain customers and find ways to grow their businesses.

“What we offer is an affordable solution which takes people. One issue is that printers have is they need a web presence of some sort. Their customers want that and we provide what they need with these tools.

“We provide web to print, business management tools, workflow and MIS. Printpoint is not a cloud-based product. The print business owns the software when they buy it. We provide support and maintenance schemes for them; they are not at the mercy of the internet. I am a conservative when it com as to the clients’ data. If they can’t access their data, they are in trouble. If they are on the cloud and they can’t get to it, they can’t do business.

“This is the fourth PacPrint I have attended and probably the most productive. People can’t afford hardware but they can afford software and they can ultimately make more money out of the software. The software will do everything a company wants it to do.”
