Heidelberg says based on feedback from Women in Print events held earlier this year, it was apparent that women in the print media industry want to hear from other successful women about their achievements, challenges and approach to work and life in general.
Forum topics will include work/life balance challenges facing the industry, business success, personal development, and training and mentoring in the print media industry.
Speakers will include a number of prominent women from the print media industry including Susan Heaney, managing director of Heaney’s Performers in Print, Sarah Thomas, LIA Apprentice of the Year, Anne Read, managing director Lithoprint (NZ), Helen Woods, production co-ordinator for Canberra Times (Fairfax Media Group) and Belinda Baker, victorian sales manager Daltons Paper.
Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in a question and answer session in response to the ideas raised during the forum. The event is open to all women working in the print media industry. Entry is free of charge but pre-registration is required.
