Revolution Print has launched StickySheets.com.au, a new online retail platform delivering custom-printed and laser-cut sticker sheets across Australia.
According to the Ballarat-based company, the creation of StickySheets.com.au is the result of significant investments in world-leading print technology and strategic partnerships across the industry.
Revolution Print’s collaboration with Konica Minolta Australia, PrintIQ, Infigo, Enfocus Switch, and Ball & Doggett has enabled the connection of print, prepress, and fulfilment workflows – creating an automated customer-to-press experience.
“StickySheets.com.au is what happens when you get the right tech, the right materials, and the right software all talking to each other properly,” said Leon Wilson, director of Revolution Print.
“We’ve built a system where someone can design their stickers online, get instant pricing, approve their proof, and we’ll have it printed, cut, and packed with very limited human touches. That’s the kind of thing that gets print geeks excited.”
The platform offers a growing range of more than 300 sticker shapes each offering 3+ sizes, 15+ stock materials, and no minimum order requirements, all with Australia-wide delivery included. Each order is automatically processed through a fully integrated production workflow — from online proofing via Infigo, job management via printIQ, file automation through Enfocus Switch, and print production on Konica Minolta digital presses, using premium materials from Ball & Doggett.
Revolution Print’s vision for StickySheets.com.au is ambitious — the company is targeting 1,000 orders per day, every day, a goal made achievable by the deep automation and technology investments underpinning the platform.
“Yeah, some people think we’re dreaming,” Wilson said with a laugh.
“But we’ve built a system that can handle it. The automation is that good, the team is that capable, and the partnerships are that strong. When everything’s working together properly, volume isn’t scary, it’s exciting.”
Behind the technology sits a team that Wilson describes as “world-class in every sense”.
“The tech is impressive, sure, but none of this happens without our people,” he said. “We’ve built a culture where everyone obsesses over the 1% — the details that most would overlook. That shared commitment to making things better, that’s what turns ‘impossible’ into ‘done’.”
Konica Minolta Australia product marketing manager James Rolland said, “I’ve always believed that the future of print belongs to the businesses that can think beyond the press, the ones who see technology not just as a tool, but as a launchpad.
“That’s exactly what Revolution Print has done with StickySheets.com.au. It has taken the same Konica Minolta production platform that drives the core commercial print business and turned it into something entirely new; a fully automated e-commerce brand that sells custom-printed sticker sheets across Australia.
“It’s fast. It’s scalable. And it’s built for where the market is going, not where it’s been. Leon and Revolution Print keep finding new ways to push the boundaries. That’s the kind of mindset is what separates businesses.”
