The MIC will be visiting Cairns at the Cairns Showgrounds on August 22, Townsville at the Mercure Hotel on August 23 and Mackay at CQ University on August 24.

Greg Stone, product and marketing manager at Roland DG says, "Roland DG has a strong install base in North Queensland, and these locations were identified as key cities in this region. The MIC has been well received by our regional customers. In addition to showcasing a range of creative samples and applications across the Roland DG portfolio, we have been able to provide personalised RolandClinic support sessions, as well as presenting tips on key printing techniques, and expanding into new markets."

Stone says the MIC will continue to visit locations around the country next year so further QLD locations are certainly on the cards, "We are also taking requests from customers for location visits via the website. The MIC will be heading to the following locations in Fremantle October 31, Bunbury November 1 and Kalgoorlie November 3, with further locations to be added for 2018."

Stone says the MIC has been developed as a way for Roland DG to invest in regional Australia by offering a range of services and support outside of metropolitan areas.

Attendees who register online to attend an MIC venue also have the opportunity to book in a free one-on-one RolandClinic session. All they need to do is select a preferred time in the online registration form and bring along materials, tools, files and any questions or issues they have, that our technical experts can assist with.

The MIC is embarking on a two year national tour stopping at central and regional locations throughout Australia.

It will be heading to Fremantle, WA at the end of October and has already visited NSW and Victoria.
