Roland DG opens creative centre

Wide format printers can get hands on with a wide array of print technology and get training on newly bought kit at Roland DG’s new Creative Centre in Melbourne.

The centre at the company’s Mulgrave, Victoria site showcases wide format printing machines, engravers, 3D equipment, and dental milling machines, ready for demos, training, and experimentation.

The facility has a training room dedicated to interactive sessions and seminars, such as those with the Roland Academy.

Roland says it will also be showing off a range of creative applications, looking to provide inspiration for printers about the full potential of what can be achieved with its machinery.

Roland DG Australia director John Wall says the company is excited to open the new facility so it can deliver more value to its customers.

“This new facility is a great resource for customers and partners to help grow their businesses and explore the latest Roland technology and solutions,” he says.

Roland will hold an open house event on November 21, with dealers, industry partners and customers invited to join from 12pm and drinks from 5pm onwards.

It plans to hold product demonstrations throughout the day, with specials and prizes on offer, and food and refreshments provided.
