SA PICA winners announced in Adelaide

The first round of the national Printing Industry Creativity Awards program has been held held with an awards night attended by 50 industry professionals in Adelaide.

The event was held at the Hackney Hotel and Conference Centre and was officially opened by Printing Industries Association of Australia finance manager Matthew Schembri with sponsor partner Media Super representative Dorothy Staruchowitz in attendance.

Twenty medals were awarded in total with seven gold medal winning companies now advancing to the National Print Awards in August.

Daniel Brooks of Visualcom was announced the Media Super Young Executive of the Year and will now enter the national race at the National Print Awards in Sydney in August.

At the end of the formal festivities – all attendees, winners, and supporters decamped to the bar downstairs to finish the night with a celebration of hard work, high standards and incredible works produced by South Australia.
