Pritchard says, “I was looking around for a business that was focused on business-to-business and Snap offered the system and the support, and the atmosphere in the store was also positive. “I did a lot of research before entering the print industry and there were two growth areas; digital, which is all about rapid turnarounds, and packaging, in which I have more than 20 years experience. “Snap also presented a corporate focused business model, which is morphing more into marketing services. And people will always need to advertise and print get results as it is tangible and in your hand. “The only reason newspapers are declining is because they can’t keep up with the speed of change.” He says the business, which has turnover of just under $1m, has been performing and growing steadily since he took over. “The first few months were a learning curve and now it all seems to be travelling well. Receiving the award is a recognition that we are on the right track,” Pritchard says. Snap Southport has two Fuji Xerox digital printers and prints business stationary, posters, banners brochures, DM, as well as corporate reports and manuals. Stephen Edwards, CEO, says, “It’s a really exciting time for franchise owners. I would like to congratulate all of the owners nominated and our commendable award winners. “I would also like to say thankyou to Brian Thompson for attending the evening and his continual support. Brian has been with the Snap family for an impressive 35 years and always shows great passion and commitment.” Next year’s incentive trip was also announced and all this coming years sales winners will head to Cambodia to put their feet up.
