The Printing Office plays host to LIA environmental evening

The LIA’s Queensland division is inviting printers to attend the plant tour, which will take place on Wednesday 10 November.

TPO founder Joe Clouston told ProPrint the company has enjoyed environmental and financial benefits, after getting the standard two-and-a-half years ago.

“We’ve got a cleaner business, as well as a number of contracts based on our environmental credentials,” he said.

TPO has ISO 14001, ISO 9001, FSC, PEFC and the Printing Industries Association’s Sustainable Green Print badge.

The plant tour follows on from the LIA’s “very successful” Race Day, which prompted committee member Terry Mays to declare “the LIA is back in Queensland”.
