Large format printer Vivad is launching its new W2P portal, Vivtrack 2.0 at this year’s PacPrint, its first time at the Melbourne print show.
Ewan Donaldson, managing director, Vivad says, “The focus of the company’s PacPrint stand will be the new web-to-print portal, which will provide its customers – and especially trade clients – with quick, easy and cost-effective access to the company’s diverse offering.
“Vivtrack 2.0 is an easy to use web-to-print portal that allows our clients to obtain instant, online pricing for customised large-format print products. Unlike many W2P portals which are designed for conventional offset or digital print products, the Vivtrack system allows almost unlimited flexibility.
“Users can order anything from display systems and Keder Banners, to self-adhesive vinyl and floor graphics, Corflute signs, expanded PVC, hanging banners, flags and feathers, standees, stretch frames, printed marquees and fence wrap, container signs, aluminium extrusion. The list goes on and on.
“Users can customise their product according to a range of variants from expected longevity, type of print media, and finishing details, for an immediate quote. You can also have your own My Vivad page created featuring your regularly ordered products for even quicker selection and ordering.”

Once details of the job have been entered, artwork can be uploaded directly to the system, and the Vivtrack server will give instant pre-flight feedback to ensure there are no issues with resolution or proportion prior to the order being placed.
Donaldson says, it will calculate the freight options based on the destination, packing dimensions and required delivery times.
“Because Vivtrack is a complete, automated workflow solution which is totally integrated into our internal MIS, your job will go straight into our production queue for extra fast turnaround as soon as you accept the quote. We have some interstate clients who regularly place orders one day, and receive the print job the next morning,” he says.
Donaldson adds, “The ability for print shops to get instant quotes, consistently high quality and reliable delivery really enable businesses to present the range of Vivad products as an extension of their own product range – and, as a trade client, you can instantly see both the RRP and the discounted trade pricing, which is up to 30 per cent lower than the pre-GST listed prices,” he says.
PacPrint is held at the Melbourne Exhibition and Convention Centre, May 23-26.
