Wellcom wins CBA print account

Craig Bevan, chief operating officer, Wellcom told Australian Printer “We are delighted with the appointment and are looking forward to developing a strong and rewarding partnership with CBA.”

The deal will see Wellcom supply its Print Management Workflow technology and associated services to CBA, Bevan says, “This is a particularly pleasing result considering CBA conducted an extensive 12 month review of a highly competitive, local and international landscape.”

Wellcom recently invested in new print management technology, called One Market, Bevan says, “The focus of this relationship will be Wellcom’s supply chain support, category know-how and the deployment of the OneMarket print management technology platform owned by LogicSource, a Wellcom strategic partner. CBA will still retain an in-house operational structure.”

It is the second major contract win for Wellcom since it took full ownership of its joint venture with Australia Post, iPrint, which has been rebranded as Wellcom Print Management.

Wellcom was founded in 2000 by chairman, Wayne Sidwell and also has operations in Auckland, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and London.
