
The field upgradeable option supports a web-width of 3.2m and a range of coated and uncoated substrate rolls up to 30m in length.
According to Agfa, the roll-to-roll option allows customers to broaden their service offering by printing onto a greater range of stocks including banners, vinyl, polyester, canvas, paper and self-adhesive PVC.
“The FTR option has been a highly successful addition to our Jeti 1224 HDC true flatbed. We developed the same functionality for our Jeti 3020 Titan in response to demand expressed by print service providers who wanted extra flexibility from their equipment,” said Richard Barham, vice-president for inkjet systems at Agfa Graphics.
