GASAA said the sponsorship is part of the financial services giant’s efforts to “reconnect with the printing industry” and that the Sessions fit with their strategy of helping print firms “maintain a competitive edge”.
The next Spotlight Session, which is entitled ‘Can you still make money with print?’, will take place next Tuesday (10 August) at the Carnarvon Golf Club in Sydney. The session will feature outspoken Heidelberg Australian managing director Andy Vels Jensen (pictured) and others in a debate moderated by former ProPrint editor Steve Crowe.
Further information and pre-registration can be found at the GASAA website. People can also submit advance questions to the panel by emailing events@gasaa.asn.au.
The debate is the second in the Spotlight Sessions series, which kicked off last month with a discussion of the challenge from online media, ‘Taking the print to online’. The third and final Spotlight Session, entitled ‘Be More Than Just a Good Printer’, will take place on 8 September.
