The Australian Sign & Graphics Association (ASGA) has announced it is bringing back its Sign & Print Golf Days for 2025, with a list of leading companies signing up to sponsor the national series.
According to ASGA, the Golf Days have proven an industry favourite, with participants getting to play on some of Australia’s most beautiful and prestigious golf courses, enjoy delicious food and drinks, and network with industry peers.
This year, ASGA is holding four events around the country. Western Australia will be the first to tee off, with a day on the Wembley Golf Course in Wembley Downs on Thursday 5 June. The rescheduled NSW event will now take place on 17 July at the newly-renovated Ryde-Parramatta Golf Club in West Ryde, closely followed by the Queensland event at the Brookwater Golf Course & Country Club in Brisbane on 21 July. Finally, as the weather improves down south, Victorians will have their chance to join in October.
Damian Nielsen, ASGA’s member and events manager, said the days provide a great opportunity to take ‘time out’, make new industry connections and enjoy catching up with friends and colleagues.
“The way these days are structured really makes them a winner, no matter what your skill level,” he says, referring to the Ambrose format, which features team plays and prioritises fun over skill levels.
“There’s always plenty of friendly competition over the 18 holes, with challenges along the way and prizes to vie for, but the most important part of the events is having the chance to strengthen old relationships, make some new connections, empathise over shared challenges, celebrate our achievements and just chat about our industry.”
The national series is made possible through the sponsorship of industry-leading suppliers Graphic Art Mart, Mulfords, ORAFOL, Signarama, SMIB, Spicers, and Bounce LED/LetterTech. Additional sponsorships are available at a state level.
“It’s fantastic to see these companies step up once again to support the industry in this way, sponsoring the entire national golf series for 2025,” Nielsen said.
“We couldn’t offer events like this without their generous support, and we thank them most sincerely.”
