Goss will consolidate certain administrative and operational business activities currently located in Bolingbrook, IL, into its facilities in Dover and Durham, NH.

The integration is expected to result in approximately 100 positions being eliminated throughout the United States over the next few months. Those employees affected will be offered severance and outplacement benefits. Goss International will maintain sales, engineering, technical support and administrative functions in Bolingbrook.

Goss International has 4300 employees worldwide, with 1400 in the US dedicated to serving the print industry. Customer contacts and support activities remain unchanged.
