AT&M wins major print and marketing contract with Franchise Council

The FCA, which represents the franchise sector, said it would use a range of AT&M’s services, including a web portal to order print through FCA’s existing suppliers.

FCA executive director Steve Wright (pictured) said FCA would be increasing its direct marketing due to AT&M’s multi-channel services.

“With AT&M, we should be able to get a lot more up close and personal with our members and extended contact base and that is exciting because it will be new territory for our organisation.”

David Peck, managing director of Tasmania-based AT&M, said the company had already developed a tailored CRM system to suit FCA’s printing needs.

“We have virtually completed an online web portal for FCA where the franchisees and franchisors can select what they need in terms of stationary or marketing material, and the jobs will be sent to print from there.”

FCA’s printing will remain with its current stable of printers.

AT&M’s Sprintaprint arm operates a five-colour Speedmaster and a smaller A3 press as well as Xerox digital devices, including a 700.

“We are very excited about this project it sees a big expansion into Victoria for us, and it has given AT&M the confidence to expand even further.”
