Leadership Dynamics has announced the appointment of Ben Eaton as its newest High Performance Mentor, a move that has attracted criticism from the industry following the collapse of Eaton’s former company, Starleaton.
The announcement was made by Leadership Dynamics founder Peter Cox in a recent LinkedIn post, where he praised Eaton’s business acumen and leadership experience.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Ben Eaton as our newest High Performance Mentor! With over 25 years of experience in advanced manufacturing, leadership development, and business transformation, Ben has a proven track record of driving growth, resilience, and high-performance cultures,” Cox wrote.
“As CEO of Starleaton, he successfully navigated complex industry challenges, leading a 45-year-old family business across two countries with a team of over 70,” he continued.
“Ben’s passion for leadership, education, and sustainability has made him a sought-after mentor for business owners looking to build stronger teams, increase profitability, and create thriving company cultures.
“His deep expertise in the Leadership Dynamics framework has already helped multiple businesses achieve higher engagement, accountability, and long-term success.
“Now, Ben is ready to help more business owners and leaders unlock their full potential and elevate their leadership effectiveness.

Eaton addressed his new role in a rare personal LinkedIn post last month, his first in over a year, stating: “What an incredible start to the month! I’m thrilled to have officially announced my partnership with Peter Cox and Leadership Dynamics. Having known Peter for nearly a decade, I’ve witnessed first-hand the powerful impact of his leadership strategies”.
He added, “Leadership is the foundation of growth, and I’m excited to be working alongside Peter and his team to help more businesses strengthen their leadership and culture”.
