According to PICA Victoria Chairman, Trevor Hone, it’s just one aspect of a night that is sure to live up to its reputation as the industry’s night of nights.

He says, “The PICA competition is all about quality, but the presentation night is all about celebration. Our aim has been to provide an opportunity for the industry to get together with their colleagues, partners and friends, enjoy a beautiful meal and simply have a good time.

Bookings are now open and Hone reports that places are filling fast, so those intending to be there should waste no time in making their reservation.
