Duplo announces Ipex kit plans

The company said it would concentrate on adding value to the print line and helping visitors to its stand to differentiate themselves.

Duplo will showcase 10 new machines at the event in Birmingham, including bookletmakers, UV coaters and perfect binders – all showing “real life” applications, the company claimed.

Duplo UK managing director Tony Lock said: “Print organisations are looking at ways in which they can add value to their services, perhaps by adding quick turnaround perfect-bound books, or by reducing their costs, which could include outsourced finishing costs.

“At Ipex, our solutions are all geared towards adding value, either by improving quality of finished print products whilst not compromising turnaround time, or by enabling printers to differentiate themselves by introducing different products or services to their customer base.”

New products include the DB-280 perfect binder, the Ultra 200 UV coater and the DC-645 & DC-445 models.

Duplo is represented locally by GBC Australia.
