FESPA Australia has announced the successful candidates for the 2025 FESPA Leaders Program.
Now in its fourth year, the initiative is designed to strengthen the leadership capabilities of experienced industry professionals through an intensive two-day workshop facilitated by Carl Harman.
Nigel Davies, President of FESPA Australia, said, “Each year, the FESPA Leaders Program grows from strength to strength, so much so, that instead of the usual twelve candidates as in previous years, we’ve increased the 2025 cohort to fourteen high calibre candidates.
“Our program has three clear objectives. First, to elevate participants’ leadership skills through world-class coaching techniques. Second, to foster meaningful connections and networks among diverse leaders both locally and internationally. And third, to deepen participants’ understanding of the industry while providing a platform to engage in discussion on the critical issues facing our future. We are excited to welcome the 2025 cohort.”

The two-day leadership program immediately precedes the FESPA Annual Conference on 17 October at the Shangri-La Hotel in Sydney.
A key benefit to participants of the Leaders Program is the opportunity for two of the cohort to represent FESPA Australia at FESPA Global Print Expo in Barcelona in 2026 where they will gain new connections with industry experts across the world.
The program is made possible by the support of Diamond Sponsor Orafol, Durst & Easy Signs as Gold Sponsors, Cactus Imaging, IVE Group, Mimaki & Vivad, Silver Sponsors, and HVG Graphics Media, & Ball & Doggett, as Bronze Sponsors.
