A solid group of Sydney’s print community turned out last night for the first ever FESPA Australia social held at the Sydney Rowing Club in Abbotsford on a lovely balmy night.
FESPA Australia president Nigel Davies said events of this sort are very important for relationship building which has enormous benefits both socially and from a business perspective, saying “everything becomes easier when we work together”.
Trevor Cunningham, the founder of Sydney’s Allprint Graphics attended the function with his son, Grant Cunningham who is the managing director of the business.
Davies paid tribute to Trevor Cunningham’s role as a ‘founding father’ of the FESPA Australia branch.
“We are all about Profit for Purpose, and at the core of what we are is education. This year we are going to run a professional leadership program which will be in industry first. COVID has really shown how important it is to have leadership,” Davies said.
“We will also be having a conference near the end of the year in October and more details are to follow on that.”
