FESPA Global Print Expo in Berlin days away from opening

Excitement is building as Australians prepare to head off for the FESPA Global Print Expo in Berlin which starts next Tuesday May 31 and runs until Friday June 3 at Messe Berlin.

Over 350 exhibitors are now confirmed for the show covering innovations in wide format printing, textile printing, sign-making technology, software, substrates and consumables.

FESPA has also announced details about the Sustainability Spotlight sessions which consist of over 40 expert-led sessions to help printers make positive environmental progress. These sessions will be located in Hall 25, Stand C50 from Tuesday 31 May 10.30am to Friday 3 June 1.30pm.

The full list of speakers at the Sustainability Spotlight can be found here.

Leading suppliers including Agfa, Avery Dennison, Brother, Canon, Durst, EFI, EFKA, Fujifilm, HP, Mimaki and Nazdar Ink Technologies will be launching products at the show and visitors can expect to discover new technologies and consumables throughout all eight halls, with a clear emphasis on production efficiency, applications flexibility and sustainability.

Head of FESPA Global Print Expo, Michael Ryan, said this year marks 60 years of support provided by FESPA to the global community.

“As we mark FESPA’s 60th anniversary as a business support organisation for the visual communications sector, we’re immensely proud of the role that FESPA Global Print Expo 2022 will play in helping our communities regroup and energise their business development plans,” Ryan said.

“Over six decades, FESPA exhibitions have provided a place for the world’s speciality printers and sign-makers to plan their future, discovering new technologies and materials, tapping into market knowledge, and networking with like-minded entrepreneurs to explore the possibilities. The value of visiting a FESPA show is still the same, but all the more vital in 2022, as print and sign businesses worldwide regain momentum after the pandemic. I know that visitors to Berlin next week will leave inspired, invigorated and with renewed confidence in a bright and successful future for their business.”
