Yesterday on the Celmac stand, the new owner of the machine, Mark Archibald (pictured, left), said he was excited to have found a printer with the production capabilities of the HP Designjet L65500.
“We had been producing our retail point of sale materials on the HP Designjet Z6100. I was in the market for a printer that would allow us to produce a greater range of signage, but sceptical of finding one that would be able to produce the high quality, photo realistic images that the Z6100 does. The HP latex ink printer was the ideal solution delivering us with a solution that is high quality and also environmentally friendly.”
Archibald first saw the printer at Celmac’s open house in March. Yesterday at PacPrint he came to view his new machine.
Shane Lucas (pictured, right), Director of Graphic Arts HP South Pacific, was on hand to congratulate Archibald. “It is very exciting to be here for the first Australian sale of the Designjet L65500,” said Lucas. “Celmac is a new partner with HP. I’m very impressed at the company’s ability to demonstrate the quality that is achievable with this printer. It’s a very positive relationship.”
