Fleming new president of GAMAA

Adrian Fleming, managing director, Kodak Australia and New Zealand told Australian Printer, “It is a big honour to be able to lead a big organisation. The members gave some directions on where they want to be taken, we will discuss this matter further in the upcoming weeks. I hope to make it a more sustainable industry.”

GAMAA members welcomed Fleming as its new president at the association’s biennial retreat held at Phillip Island in Victoria.

Fleming says, “Without doubt there are challenges ahead for the industry, but there is a lot of enthusiasm and commitment from the GAMAA membership to work together for a sustainable future. As we move into PacPrint year there will be a range of initiatives and I look forward to engaging with the GAMAA members, our partners and the wider industry, to fulfil our objectives.”

Muller Martini’s Livio Barbagallo’s has been replaced by Fuji Xerox national business manager Maishman as the vice president,  Maishman says, “I’ve been involved in GAMAA for a long time and it was fantastic at this year’s retreat to again see all the members participate in developing strategies for the future. I’m excited about moving in the vice president’s role and look forward to working with Adrian and the executive team.”

Members of the GAMAA executive board were also announced, the returning members are Ian Martin from Ferag, Meredith Darke from DIC, Mitchell Mulligan from Böttcher and the newest members are Kathy Wilson from Ricoh and Luke Wooldridge from Kayell.
