GAMAA launches 2009 leadership programme

The first of these will be the one-day ‘Surviving and Thriving in an Age of Change’ workshop which will run in Sydney on March 26 at the Medina Executive and in Melbourne on August 7 at Fenix.

“This workshop is designed to explore innovative ideas on how to make changes within the business, how to tease out new opportunities and how to develop new and realistic approaches that can drive the bottom line,” the association said in a statement.

GAMAA will also be running a residential workshop entitled ‘Change Management – New World, New Rules’ at Sydney’s HC Coombes Centre from October 22 to 24.

“The workshop will explore the change management principles that will enable managers to lead their teams forward. It will also explore the skills and strategies needed to shift the mindset of management to true leadership.”
