The one day workshop – Surviving and thriving in the age of change – is designed to explore innovative ideas on how to make changes within a business, how to tease out new opportunities and how to develop new and realistic approaches that can drive the bottom line, according to GAMAA.
The workshop will be held in Sydney on March 26 and in Melbourne on August 7.
According to GAMAA, its second workshop – Change Management – will operate on three levels including the individual, the team and the organisation taking into consideration the complex environment of the industry.
GAMAA says the workshop will explore the change management principles that will enable managers to lead their teams forward. It will also explore the skills and strategies needed to shift the mindset of management to true leadership.
The workshop will be held in Sydney from October 22 to 24.
