GAMAA Education Program manager, Sam Crock, describs the workshop, “Creative Leadership and Innovation”, as intensive and challenging, once again pushing participants to achieve excellent results.
“The workshop focuses on exploring what a creative culture looks like and how as an industry we need to understand the imperative of innovation in the 21st century,” says Crock.
“This workshop was designed to help people develop strategies to think outside the square. We all know there have been many times when we’ve thought. ’surely there’s got to be a better way of doing this?’ or ’if what you’re getting is not what you want then maybe it’s time to rethink what you are doing.’
“By bringing some of the leading minds in creative leadership and innovative thinking together, GAMAA provided the workshop participants with the chance to learn and develop innovative and practical solutions to these questions,” she says.

GAMAA is already planning the 2007 GAMAA Leadership workshops to be held in May and August says Crock.
“Next year’s Melbourne workshop will focus on High Performing Teams, while the Sydney workshop in September will look into Developing Strategic Customer Focus,” she explains.
The 2007 Programme will be launched this November.
