The sheetfed group held a fundraising barbecue at its Banksmeadow head office on Friday 28 October to drive the donations.
Some of the Geon’s 22 cyclists took turns on stationary bikes in a bid to pedal 500km over the course of the afternoon.
The barbecue was organised by Geon’s Australian HR manager, Martin Cansell, who said that the man to beat is platemaker Nigel Sheridan.
The Fuji Xerox Australia team has six members, including Simon Lane, national manager of Graphic Communications.
ProPrint has sponsored the IPMG team, and ProPrint editor Steven Kiernan will be joined on the 90km bike ride by ProPrint‘s creative director, Sam Grimmer.
