
In fact Hans Gronhi uses the same grippers as KBA, and will become a partner with KBA in China next year. The press has an Italian ink key system, vacuum feedboard from Japan, pumps from Japan, and a control system from Mitsubishi.
The big attraction for printers with the Hans Gronhi press, which is a 52cm machine available in four or five units is that it retails for about the same as a two colour 52cm press from one of the established retailers.
The company claims a 70 per cent share of its market in China, and has a manufacturing plant in China of 300,000sqm.
