Heidelberg Shield comes to Brisbane

Brisbane's prestigious North Lakes Golf Club will hold the final round of the Heidelberg Shield.

The interstate competition will be held on 23-25 October in conjunction with the Queensland branch of the Lithographic Institute of Australia.

Meanwhile, the Queensland LIA will hold its fourth outing of the year on 26 September at Redcliffe Golf Club.

The branch held an earlier golf day at Oxley Golf Club on 25 July.

David Rule from PMP came first and Bruce Manderson from FuseIT finished second.

Mark Clarkson from Visual Connect and Mitch Rhode from Compact Business Systems claimed the prizes for nearest the pin.

The round was sponsored by G2 Solutions.
