French company Hexis’ Australian subsidiary recently celebrated Bastille Day and the 36th anniversary of Hexis SAS with its new and returning customers.

Creative Signworx Queensland took out the major prize

Bastille Day commemorates the anniversary of the fall of the Bastille prison and the beginning of the French Revolution on 14 July 1789, while Hexis SAS France celebrated its 36th anniversary having commenced business on 17 July 1989 in Frontignan, on the southeast coast of France.

In celebration of the national holiday and anniversary, Hexis Australia ran daily draws for all purchases made during the week of Bastille Day, with multiple customers receiving small tool packs and gifts.

Overall, the week spread a bit of fun and was a great opportunity for Hexis Australia to share the pride of being a part of the Hexis group and its passion for “Made in France”. Hexis proudly produces all of its vinyl in two production facilities in France.

At the final draw for the week, Creative Signworx Queensland took out the major prize of a custom Hexis Energy drink bar fridge.

Marwell Engineering in Melbourne won second prize, receiving three imported French wines and a “bubbly” Veuve Clicquot. The wines are from an annual special selection made by Michel Mateu, the founder of HEXIS, from wineries in the south of France and packaged as part of Hexis traditional Christmas gifts.

In addition, three minor prize winners – Kaizen Motorsports, House of Customs, and JGoat Wraps – each received a pack of Hexis Energy Drinks.

Hexis Australia also took the opportunity to share some croissants and pastries with clients throughout the week.

Hexis Australia managing director Ian Parsonson claims Baker D North, a small patisserie in Townsville, Queensland, run by Dimitri Pittion, a graduate of the National Institute of Boulangerie Patisserie in France, has one of the busiest patisseries locally and shared some with the team at Predator Signs in Townsville.

Hexis Australia national sales director Lee Farrell said, “We were very happy with the response from everyone and the occasion is something we will look forward to, to make a tradition here every year.

“The chance to involve a little of the French culture, keep it fun, and interact with our customer base and some new clients was rewarding for all. Très rafraichissant!

“It was great to get out with clients all week and see projects coming together, talk about what they had coming up, and getting to know what they needed. Our biggest satisfaction came from positive feedback on our service and product support and delivery.

“We sincerely thank everyone who took part in the celebrations and helped make it a success. We’re proud to continue working alongside our fantastic customers and are committed always to delivering the best service and support possible. Here’s to many more years of partnership and celebration.”

With the launch of the new HXONE Super Gloss Premium Wrapping Film, Hexis Australia said its team will be on the road again to deliver to customers updated swatch books with new colours.

Alternatively, customers can also call the Hexis Australia office to request its latest catalogue and information on the HXONE series.
