High quality flexo imaging a highlight at EskoArtwork

The company says the HD Flexo solution consists of Hi-Resolution optics along with screening technology to take advantage of sharper and more accurate imaging. This can be upgraded on all EskoArtwork CDI systems and will enable flexo printers to rival offset in terms of print quality.

Meanwhile, Jean-Pierre De Moor, vice president of EskoArtwork Asia Pacific and Japan says EskoArtwork is showcasing its CDI Spark 4835 digital imaging system. He says the system is capable of imaging full-size digital flexo plates as well as a range of widely available digital letterpress plates and the new digital rotary screen from Gallus, to meet the high quality demands of the flexible packaging and narrow label markets.

Also at PacPrint the new Kongsberg -iXL series of digital cutting tables are on display with the company saying – positioned as true production machines – they are targeted at folding carton packaging companies and manufacturers of POP and permanent in-store product displays that need a fast, accurate and highly reliable solution for short run production.

The Kongsberg XL series digital cutting machines have been designed to endure the continuous, high-speed manufacture of products made from the most demanding packaging and display materials, according to EskoArtwork.
