Celmac has appointed former HP field service engineer Anil Ramsewak to join its national technical support team, following the recent hire of Mark Rixon in a newly created role.
Ramsewak will be based in the Sydney office.
Prior to joining Celmac, Ramsewak spent 17 years with HP looking after the industrial printers – from Turbo Jets to the industrial flatbeds, and more recently the HP 3D printers and Latex range.
Celmac NSW state manager Jonny Rumney said the hire allows the company to build even greater depth and experience in providing businesses with growth by focussing on colour management, workflow, and automation support for customers in printing and cutting solutions.
“We are excited to have Anil within our ranks at Celmac to provide a wealth of practical know-how for our customers, in optimising all aspects of their digitally printed output,” Rumney said.
These recent moves by Celmac also aim to support new product launches in 2025 and increasing service response times for all customers with a focus on specialised/targeted support.
Celmac managing director Wayne McIntyre said Celmac would improve efficiencies as a result and strengthen customers relationships in the process.
