The Inca Onset was launched just over two years ago and Inca Digital claims it still remains the world’s highest productivity UV digital flatbed printer printing sizes up to 3.2 x 1.5m with a throughput of 600sqm/hr.
Inca Digital says the new printing techniques developed to give the option of a further 16 per cent increase in throughput up to 700sqm/hr, equivalent to 145 full-bed sheets an hour. Alongside the ability to cut job turnaround times and improve production efficiency, this option also allows companies to print in new quality modes to achieve top speed, according to the company.
The company continues the new options now gives users a wider range of gloss levels to provide enormous choice of print finish. Included in this option is the latest UV lamp technology which reduces the input power required to cure UV ink on most substrates, which delivers up to 30 percent power input reduction.
It also expands the range of heat sensitive materials that can be printed and cured without risk of cracking, buckling or surface damage, the company says.
Heather Kendle, Inca Digital director of marketing says, “We will continue to push the boundaries of our inkjet technology to give companies the best and most flexible results from our machines.”
He continues, “Quality and productivity are extremely important to Inca Onset users and these latest options allow them to provide an even wider offering to their customers very competitively.”
The new gloss/power mode and speed increase options announced today are available to existing and new Inca Onset users.
