Joe Kowalewski, national communication and technical services manager at Printing Industries says the timing of the event, October 4, tied in with the NRL Grand Final being staged in Sydney only days before.
He says, “Many interstate NRL followers may be coming to Sydney for the Grand Final, so this will provide them the with the opportunity to stay on for a couple of days to attend what will be an insightful and perhaps challenging lunchtime presentation by Professor Roos.”
Prof Roos presentation entitled ‘The New Print Paradigm: What you should know to get involved or to get out’, promises invaluable insight into strategies and opportunities printing companies should be using and the positioning of the industry in relation to the future of manufacturing in Australia.
It also promises guidance for companies looking to plan for their futures and what they could be doing to create business and financial security.
Kowalewski continues, “In addition to his extensive work development of the Print21 Action Agenda blueprint for the development of Australian printing industry, Prof Roos has been featured extensively in the media recently commenting on economic performance and manufacturing in Australia.”
The event will be held at the Platinum Lounge in ANZ Stadium at Homebush on October 4.
