Ken Bishop to head up ACA

Lee-Brown’s departure from the role after nine years in the top job caused confusion earlier this year with speculation rife as to whether he was dismissed by the board, though he is now expected to help Bishop (pictured) transition into the role.

According to the Association, Bishop has been “actively involved in all facets of the supply chain”, bringing “more than more than 15 years’ experience in printing, paper and distribution to the position”.

“This current economic climate is a great opportunity for the industry,” Bishop said. “Catalogues drive sales and stimulate retail activity. Their effectiveness is more relevant now than ever.”

“The ACA looks forward to the continuing evolution of the association that Ken can provide and building on the sound platform that Chris has laid,” said ACA chairman David Chesser.
