The national award run by Kwik Kopy Australia is judged by their senior management team. David Bell, CEO of Kwik Kopy says that a great deal of effort goes into selecting the winning Centre.
He says, “Not only do we look at Centres exceeding KPIs in areas such as production efficiency, profitability, profit growth, sales and sales growth, we also take into consideration qualitative measures such as a Franchise’s contribution to the Kwik Kopy system.”
David Bell agrees that Kwik Kopy Richmond ticked all the boxes and never gave up despite a tough market. It also has an Owner who empowers and motivates each staff member, resulting in an outstanding team.
Bell says, “The team at Kwik Kopy Richmond is the epitome of what we want from and for our franchisees. They are always looking for ways to deliver the best for their clients. In doing so, they achieve strong growth in sales and by ensuring their costs are well-contained, they can also enjoy solid profits as a result.”
Steve Strangward and his wife Kate have owned Kwik Kopy Richmond since 2004. “Being part of the Kwik Kopy system means we benefit from the strength and support of a really strong national franchise community,” says Steve. “More importantly, we have an awesome committed team at Richmond who have a strong desire to achieve and deliver the best results for our clients while enjoying what we do”
Steve also says that his team is focused on delivering great solutions for real customer needs often going beyond traditional print to digital, design and marketing services. He adds, “To do that we have to know our clients and we work hard on building that relationship through every contact, at every level, every day.”
