Koenig & Bauer A/NZ confirms three new service staff to manage business expansion

Koenig & Bauer A/NZ has confirmed the appointment of three new full-time service and support staff members due to the expansion of the business in the local market.

Koenig & Bauer A/NZ has appointed a new full-time electrical engineer, a mechanical engineer, and a press demonstrator, with all three to be based in Melbourne.

“This will be the first time we have had a dedicated press demonstrator from Germany located at our head office in Melbourne,” said Koenig & Bauer Australia managing director, Graham Harris.

“The demonstrator will be responsible for training new press operators on the operation of our advanced presses. Additionally, the demonstrator will assist with new installations, ensuring a seamless transition for our customers as they integrate our technology into their existing operations,” Harris said.

“Continuous support through locally based engineers and top-up training will be provided to our customers. This ongoing education is vital for our clients to fully leverage their investment in our equipment.

“By equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge, we help them achieve optimal performance and productivity which aligns with our commitment to delivering exceptional value to our customers and supporting their operational success,” Harris said.

Late last year the company flagged its decision to increase the number of employees as a result of recent installations and new orders scheduled for 2025.
