Owners Brian and Jane Heydon accepted this national award, which is
judged by the senior management team at Kwik Kopy Australia. The award criteria looks at centres
exceeding KPIs in areas such as production efficiency and sales growth, as well
as qualitative measures such as a franchisee’s contribution to the Kwik Kopy
system.
In today’s changing print and design market, businesses are under
pressure to not only win, but to retain customers. Kwik Kopy Managing Director, David Bell describes the team
at Kwik Kopy Castle Hill as ‘the complete package’ and says that whilst Kwik
Kopy has great products and services, what differentiates its business is the
customer experience.
ell says, “Great customer service costs almost nothing to get right but
can cost businesses dearly when they get it wrong. Kwik Kopy Castle Hill is a great example of a business that
gets it right every time. They
make their customers a priority and as a result receive a huge amount of
positive feedback and loyalty from their customers in return.”
The efforts of Kwik Kopy Castle Hill are clearly those that customers
recognise and appreciate. In
customer loyalty studies conducted by Kwik Kopy Australia, the team at Castle
Hill achieve 100 per cent every time.
Bell says, “Customers always say how much they enjoy working with the
team at Kwik Kopy Castle Hill. After
almost 10 years running the Centre, winning this award is testament to Brian
and Jane’s commitment to building lasting relationships with their customers.”
Owner of the winning franchise, Brian Heydon originally worked for Kwik
Kopy Australia as a Business Development Consultant before buying Kwik Kopy
Castle Hill in 2003. He says the transition
from head office to franchise owner was an easy one.
“I am a strong advocate of the business and have always seen the great
opportunity that exists within the Kwik Kopy system,” Heydon said. “There are definite benefits to being
part of such a strong national franchise community.”
Kwik Kopy Castle Hill’s business has improved year-on-year since the
husband and wife team bought the Centre, with the business going from strength
to strength once wife Jane came on board full-time.
Heydon says, “We enjoy what we do and have a fantastic team whose work
and attitude is of the highest standard. Taking time to fully understand each
customer’s business and their needs is central to everything we do. We regularly follow-up to ensure the
needs of our customers are understood and we aim to exceed these at all times.”
